Successful recovery is built on clear communication and teamwork. Our GPs work closely with injured employees, employers, and other healthcare professionals to develop an individualised treatment and return-to-work plan that supports each patient’s recovery goals. By maintaining open communication throughout the process, we help ensure everyone has a shared understanding of the treatment plan, reducing unnecessary delays and confusion.

Wherever possible, the employee’s care will be managed by the same doctor to provide continuity and build a strong understanding of your progress. If additional medical expertise is required, we coordinate their care carefully to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing communication.
